Check out this amazing home transformation underway by Andrea Lauren Elegant Interiors! And this is only the exterior! What was once a quint-essential coastal home has been transformed in every way to a Mediterranean masterpiece. This is a great example of how the curb appeal of a home can change dramatically with a new exterior paint color and natural stone accents to add depth, dimension, and character to the façade. More extensive changes include changing the wood columns and metal balustrades/ railings to cast stone columns and balustrades as well as replacing the coastal tin roof with a Terracotta tile roof in the coming weeks. Things are looking great at this beautiful Island Reef beach condo!!! The ceiling’s been textured, the cork floors installed, The shades have been hung, and we’ve painted the walls! Door tracks are replaced, and new lighting’s throughout, The kitchen is something worth bragging about! With guests in the home, the work is on pause, But give us a week and see backsplash on walls 🙂 Ok, ok, no more rhyming… But might I say what perfect timing?!?! Everything is really coming together at the Ryan family condo! The highlight this week … the bathroom! The renovation of this space is coming along beautifully. As the new year comes in, things are coming along at the Ryan Family condo! The newest installment has the kitchen and eat-in area gutted,and the wood floors going in!
