What was once a quint-essential coastal home has been transformed in every way to a Mediterranean masterpiece. This is a great example of how the curb appeal of a home can change dramatically with a new exterior paint color and natural stone accents to add depth, dimension, and character to the façade. More extensive changes include changing the wood columns and metal balustrades/ railings to cast stone columns and balustrades as well as replacing the coastal tin roof with a Terracotta tile roof in the coming weeks.
